http://www.autobytel.com/lexus/ls-460/2013/ For the past 2 decades the full sized LS series sedan has always been the Kingpin of the Lexus line-up. The new L...
I bought myself a used LS, and the suckers said the same thing to me initially. Then they asked my job and once they learned what I did for living, they began doing bjs for me.
Yea actually, the LS Series is the only Lexus series that has a continuous light-bar throughout the head lamp rather than spaced out LED Lights. This is very similar to BMW's round fiber-optic headlamp, but BMW does not use LED's to illuminate the fiber. If I am not mistaken, Lexus is using the same Fiber-Optic technology in their flagship sedan as BMW uses in their models, with the difference being that Lexus uses LED's. I have the GS 350F and I love it, but in 3 years, I'm going for the LS.
Has anyone else noticed that the LED day time running lights on the LS are different from all the LED's on the other Lexus models? The LED on the LS seem more crisp and illuminate more so like the LEDs on the new 2014 Audi A6 or A8. For some reason the DRLs on the IS, ES, GS & RX are individual LED lights that can be seen from a distance as blotchy while the LS seems more fluid.
You could say the same thing for Mercedes S-class too, but you will see that their AMG models seem to have a great success, especially when you consider the near-perfect marriage of sport into the basic luxury platform, creating an enjoyable Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde complex that you control at will. Almost like having two cars in one. The idea should be universally coveted if the application can successfully be implemented. There is no *reason* Lexus should stay vanilla across the board.
Why would anybody compare the Lexus LS to any BMW 5-Series? Doesn't seem to make any sense whatsoever aside from price, which I think is a horrible single criterion for justifying comparison. i.e. Porsche Boxster compared to Audi Q7 is price comparable but it would be ridiculous to compare vehicles in different categories.
what the most cool cars do you see everyday? first three ones for example. at least names of makers.
