  7. You should be happy Renault doesn't sell in the USA... here in Brazil we suffer with expensive, obsolete cars and extremely high maintenance costs.

  15. Not really ... they might be quieter, smaller, and pump out less emissions, but they'll still cause a hell of a mess if they crash into the front of a shop. And good luck building a grandstand to fit a load of ticket-buying spectators into.

    In any case, Monaco is somewhat built into a load of "downtown streets". A brand new circuit like that would never be allowed these days, it's only on the calendar at all because it's "grandfathered in", pre-dating a lot of modern regulations.
