  6. This is an interesting talk. His points can be used in many other things, eg: public speaking. If I ever race Usain Bolt - I'll come back to this

  15. I understand your complaint. I do however need to disagree. Those first six minutes were the background info needed to understand the second half of the talk. Maybe studying this field in school is why I appreciated it more, but I'm sorry it wasn't a great experience for you. It's interesting stuff so I urge you to continue watching videos on this topic. There are some incredible things out there. Cheers!

  16. first youtube video i ever had to dislike. got to minute 6 and didn't learn anything. talk is a bunch of vague mumbo jumbo big words. try to share something interesting ted talker. here is an example of how boring this talk is, "one common thing in all top performing performers is self confidence. and there are a number of strategies you can use to boost your confidence." and then this ted talker moves on to another topic. sweet.

  19. The fundamental success of every athlete in any given discipline is defined by proper application of psychological factores. It is a very interesting topic, one which has many various outcomes & variables that determine success. For me probably the most important factors are both improving ones understanding of both opposition & also dealing with psychological barriers that may prevent success, as well as preparation. They're other factors but I personally find these extremely important.
